Processing Time

Orders are fulfilled by each Maker, our typical processing time is between 2-3 business days.  For customizable products, please refer to the product description for processing time as some products may take up to 7 business days.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated as a total for shipping from each Maker. For example if you order 3 products from 3 separate makers, your total shipping cost with be shipping from maker 1 + shipping from maker 2 + shipping from maker 3.

In Store Pickup

In store pickup is free and available for products that are also sold in store.  In store pickups can be picked up the following business day after the order has been placed.

Canada

Canadian shipping is sent through Canada Post with rates calculated at checkout. Shipping times vary based on selected rates and is added on top on processing time. 

United States

Currently our US shipping is also handled through Canada Post with rates calculated at checkout. Shipping times vary based on selected rates and is added on top on processing time. At this time we are investigating new methods of shipping in order to reduce shipping costs for our US customers.
